Abstract
昭和4年(1929)設立の東方文化学院京都研究所(現在の京都大学人文科学研究所附属東アジア人文情報学研究センター)は, 昭和11年(1936)3月〜5月に水野清一・長廣敏雄・羽館易の3名を中国北部に派遣しており, その際に撮影された16mmフィルム(モノクロ・サイレント)である. 元々は40分を超える映画作品であり, 塘沽, 天津, 北京(当時は北平), 南響堂山, 磁県彭城鎮, 北響堂山, 洛陽の龍門石窟が撮影されていたらしいが, 現存するのは, 南響堂山のシーンの途中から龍門石窟に到着するまでの16分のみである. A documentary film about a survey trip at historic sites in Northern China by Toho Bunka Gakuin Kyoto Kenkyujo (Kyoto Institute, Academy of Oriental Culture), in March-May 1936.
