Tomoya Masuda papers and records, 1930–1984, bulk 1950–1981.

Archival materials created or collected by the architect Tomoya Masuda (1914-1981), Professor Emeritus at Kyoto University, mainly from the 1950s to the 1970s. They include office records related to architectural design, such as sketches, drawings, and photographs. The architectural design records in those materials provide a detailed tracing of the design and construction process leading up to the completion of the building. You can also find the memories of Kyoto University and Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture, which have been involved in numerous architectural projects by Masuda over the years.
