Kyoto University Digital Archive System is operated for research and educational purposes by Research Resource Archive, Kyoto University (KURRA).

§ Copyright Statement

Kyoto University Digital Archive System is protected by copyright, with all rights reserved. 
All materials, including texts, drawings, images, sound recordings, and videos, published in Kyoto University Digital Archive System are protected by copyright, with all rights reserved, unless otherwise indicated. 
Although the nature of archival and manuscript collections sometimes makes it difficult to determine the copyright status of an item, it is your responsibility to use it according to all applicable terms. 
For additional information about materials, please contact the contributing department or holder of original materials.

§ Conditions of Use

By using materials in Kyoto University Digital Archive System, you agree to follow these conditions of use:

  • Responsibility for any use of these materials rests exclusively with the user.
  • Some materials in Kyoto University Digital Archive System may have its own conditions and resrtictions of use. See “Access and use” in the detailed view.
  • Reproduction or transmission of materials protected by copyright beyond that allowed by the copyright laws requires the written permission of the copyright owners.
  • When using materials from Peek, please give proper credit to the contributing department, the holder of the original materials, and “Kyoto University Digital Archive System”/KURRA.

«Secondary use* of digital data»

After a consultation, please submit a “Request for secondary use” form, clearly stating that the data is provided by the “Research Resource Archive, Kyoto University”. 
No alteration of the data will be permitted. Usage fees may be charged.

* “Secondary use” means using digital data in this system for exhibition, publication, or broadcasting.
